The Arachnid Lair is a spider-invested optional dungeon located within the Spider Forest. The waypoint can sometimes be found outside it's entrance. As it's name suggests, the Arachnid Lair is crowded with Poison Spinners and Flame Spiders.
The Arachnid Lair is very similar in appearance to the Spider Cavern, which is also located within the Spider Forest. In order to complete Khalim's Will (quest), players need to obtain Khalim's Eye which can be found within the Spider Cavern. If you're looking for the Eye, yet the golden chest did not contain it - make sure you're in the right dungeon.
Surprisingly, the music played is identical to the tune heard on Levels 1-4 in Diablo I.
