Perhaps bestowing one of the best Necromancer skill bonuses out of all unique wands, the Arm of King Leoric is the ideal wand for Summonmancers. Not only does it give a large boost to Mana, but it also gives large bonuses to the staple spells of a Summonmancer such as Skeleton Mastery, Raise Skeleton, and Raise Skeletal Mage.
The wand does have a serious drawback, however; it has 10% chance to cast a Bone Prison when you are struck. This means that whenever you get hit, there's a risk you'll be trapped, and if it is a melee hit, trapped with the monster that hit you. For Summonmancers, which rely on their minions as "meat" shields, this ends up being detrimental more often than beneficial.
