Arm of King Leoric is a unique Tomb Wand from Diablo II.
Perhaps bestowing one of the best Necromancer skill bonuses out of all unique wands, the Arm of King Leoric is the ideal wand for Summonmancers. Not only does it give a large boost to Mana, but it also gives large bonuses to the staple spells of a Summonmancer such as Skeleton Mastery, Raise Skeleton, and Raise Skeletal Mage.
The wand does have a serious drawback, however; it has 10% chance to cast a Bone Prison when you are struck. This means that whenever you get hit, there's a risk you'll be trapped, and if it is a melee hit, trapped with the monster that hit you. For Summonmancers, which rely on their minions as "meat" shields, this ends up being detrimental more often than beneficial.

Trivia
- This is one of the two surviving artifacts of King Leoric, the other being the Undead Crown. Both items were intended for the Necromancer.
- The bonuses to Summoning skills are a reference to the fact that King Leoric had the ability to summon his own skeletal minions to fight for him.
