Astreon's Iron Ward is a unique Caduceus from Diablo II.

A good lot of the damage Astreon's Iron Ward inflicts comes from its added Magic Damage; since only Greater Mummies and Wailing Beasts in Act III's temple levels are immune to magic damage (both in Hell difficulty), this weapon is effective against nearly all enemies. Purely offensive in nature, Astreon's Iron Ward is all-around good for Paladins oriented towards physical fighting and well suited for Paladins focusing on Smite or Zeal.
