Although skillful in single combat, the Barbarian warrior also has a talent for group tactics. It is this ability that makes him a natural leader in combat. An experienced warrior can use this skill to better array his forces in battle, enhancing their ability to overcome the enemy.
When cast, the player's life and mana orbs would seem to be used up for the cast. But what actually happens is that the maximum life and mana are increased without any corresponding increase in the present life and mana, leading to the half-filled orbs. This has been adjusted in later versions and now current levels are increased.
It is an extremely popular skill used in parties, due to the fact that when maxed, it will almost double anyone's life and mana. When used by Barbarians who have maxed the skill in a party of Barbarians, every vitality point will give you 8 life instead of the normal 4, almost doubling the amount of damage the party can sustain. Multiple Battle Orders do not stack. So, it is advised that the player with the most skill points in this skill cast it for the entire party.
