Blitzbolter is a crafted legendary hand crossbow for the Demon Hunter in Diablo III. It requires character level 70 to be used. The level 41 crafted equivalent is Deadeye.

Crafting[]
Blitzbolter can be crafted using the Plan: Blitzbolter, as well as 64000 gold, 20 Reusable Parts, 20 Arcane Dust, 30 Veiled Crystals, Khanduran Rune and Caldeum Nightshade.
Before patch 2.0.6., it also required one Wooden Stake, which only dropped from unique Skeleton Archers.
