Bremm Sparkfist is a super unique Council Member who guards Mephisto's Chamber in the Durance of Hate.

Bonuses:

• Lightning Enchanted (replaced by Cold Enchanted in a patch)
• Aura Enchanted (Conviction)

Bremm Sparkfist was once a member of the High Council of Zakarum. When Mephisto used his corrupting influence to use the Zakarum in shattering his Soulstone, one of six small pieces of the Artifact was pierced into Bremm's left hand. Causing the left half of his body to mutate into a demon-like state.

Bremm Sparkfist spawns with three minion Council Members. He is the first Council Member the player fights after entering the Durance of Hate Level 3, along with Wyand Voidbringer and Maffer Dragonhand, who do not spawn with minions. He can heal himself and his minions and run away after taking heavy damage. So, players in earlier versions of Diablo II regard this fight as being much tougher than fighting Mephisto himself, especially due to his Conviction Aura and Lightning Enchanted nature. Seeing this, Blizzard nerfed him in a patch to make him Cold Enchanted.

• The Sparkfist part of his name indicates his formerly Lightning Enchanted nature.
• Due to the change in his enchantments, he is also the only Act III Council Member whose last name does not have any relation to his enchantments.
