Cleglaw's Tooth is a longsword that has a wide damage range and pretty stiff stat requirements for a low level item, so a player may find themselves doing poor damage and having to wait until level 9-10 before being able to utilize it. On the other hand, it has a tidy attack rating bonus and capability of Deadly Strike. Add the level dependent maximum damage for having an extra piece, and it is quite a viable weapon for early game once it can be equipped.
