Cold Touch

Cold Touch is one of the attacks used by Diablo in the Chaos Sanctuary. Diablo's hand glows blue, and the player is slowed down when the attack hits. It should be noted, however, that all variants of the Vampire type except The Banished use cold touch when a players gets too close to them.
