Concentration is a Paladin Skill in Diablo II.


Those within the sphere of influence of this skill gain the gift of clarity. A serene sense of lucidity eases the minds of those within, giving them the freedom to focus on individual tasks despite the chaos and distractions of battle. This sense of tranquility allows the Paladin and his comrades to strike calculated and devastating blows.

General InformationEdit

Concentration increases damage dealt more than Might and reduces the chance of being interrupted while attacking. In earlier versions of the game, when Fanaticism served only to increase attack speed, Concentration was the aura of choice for direct-damage Paladins.

Although it is outshone by Fanaticism in the current version of the game, it's still a useful secondary aura if the party already has a Fanaticism-using Paladin. Also, as Fanaticism only gives half of its damage bonus to allies, Concentration grants more damage to the Paladin's allies than Fanaticism does.

Concentration has a hidden synergy, as it increases the damage for Blessed Hammer at 50% efficiency. As Fanaticism does not benefit Blessed Hammer at all, Concentration is often the aura of choice for Hammerdin builds.

The Runeword Pride grants this aura.
