Crashing Rain is a legendary belt in Diablo III, added in patch 2.2.0. It requires character level 31 to drop.
The unique affix summons a single Shadow Beast exactly at the center of the area of effect of the Rain of Vengeance. The blast is approximately 30 yards in radius, and hits 4 seconds after the initial cast. Its Elemental Damage type matches that of the skill itself.
Originally, a similar bonus was given to Gauntlets of the Rain, but later, it was moved to this belt.
