Death's Bargain are Legendary pants in Diablo III. They require character level 12 to drop, and may only be found in Act V Horadric Caches.
The special affix may be somewhat efficient at lower difficulties, as it ensures passive damage within short range, but on higher difficulties, even a high Life regeneration multiplied tenfold and converted to damage still takes a deadly toll on the Nephalem's chances of survival, and is nowhere near as damaging as even the weakest of their damaging skills.

Properties:
- Gain an aura of death that deals 750–1000% of your Life per Second as Physical damage to enemies within 16 yards. You no longer regenerate Life
- One of 3 Magic Properties (varies):
- +24–29 Dexterity
- +24–29 Strength
- +24–29 Intelligence
- One of 2 Magic Properties (varies):
- Regenerates 1 Life per Second
- Regenerates 4–29 Life per Second
- +3 Random Magic Properties
