[edit] Usage
Allows the Amazon to dodge melee attacks while standing still, useful in lots of situtation, but like Critical Strike the points start to drop off very quickly so putting 1 point in for the prereqs for Valkyrie and leaving it is probably a good idea, allowing your +skills to add a few points in for you.
Dodge will work while attacking.
Any points put into Dodge will give your Valkyrie summon a chance to dodge melee attacks. The percentage for the Valkyrie is based on only the number of hard points allocated - +skill equipment increases the percentage for the Amazon but not the Valkyrie.
The "Dodge Bug":
If the Amazon has an attack in progress and Dodges an enemy's attack, the remainder of the Amazon's attack has no effect. Unfortunately, the full animation sequence of the attack is completed. For example, if the Amazon launches a 10-arrow Strafe attack, but dodges an attack after arrow #2, the other 8 arrows in the sequence still show up on the screen but do not actually have any effect. The Amazon is still "Strafe-Locked" for the duration.
