Similar to Paladin's Zeal, when used, you strike quickly at two different enemies. If only one enemy is within range of the attack, both attacks strike that one. While this skill is quite powerful (it can be effective even in Hell mode), it is often ignored because of the similar yet stronger Frenzy skill. Players who enjoy double swing should consider upgrading to Frenzy when it becomes available. However, some players may opt to continue using it, if the reduction of attack speed is too much, or the increased speed causes increased confusion or lag.

A Barbarian warrior learns to fight with a weapon in each hand; after all, are not two weapons better than one? A young Barbarian learns to use both hands independently of each other, striking simultaneous blows at separate targets. As his talent grows in this skill, he attacks with increasing control and accuracy.
