     This place is pretty inconsequential and isn't a necessary zone. There are a few champion enemies and maybe one unique, and notably a magic chest containing some goodies, also the mobs might drop something worth keeping but overall you can just skip this place and go from Glacial Trail to Frozen Tundra to continue with your game.
