Emikdeva, Siege Runekeeper, is a Super Unique Warscarred Ravager found in the Battlefields of Eternity in Act V of Diablo III. He is locked in the Timeless Prison along with his Warscarred Marauders. Killing him is required to obtain the second Siege Rune for the ram.
In combat, he has Extra Health, Mortar and Knockback affixes, and may summon additional Marauders as the battle rages on. The pillars around his prison are destructible, and block pathing when they fall. However, they can be destroyed again by players.
In Adventure Mode, this demon can occasionally spawn with the title of Prisoner instead of Siege Runekeeper.
