Ezek the Prophet, Ancient Nephalem Champion, is a Super Unique Skeletal Executioner, an ancient warrior guarding the Drowned Temple in Act I of Diablo III. After defeating him, he will raise Brother Moek, Brother Larel, and Brother Karel.
He has Extra Health affix in combat.
