Fara is Lut Gholein's armorer and can heal you or remove curses and poisons. If you are below level 15 she will only sell a few items, but will sell a majority of items at and after that level, including magical and socketed. She was once a champion of the Zakarum and Paladin, explaining her ability to heal.
She also seems aware of the corruption of the Zakarum order in Kurast, when you talk to her after talking to Tyrael in Tal Rasha's tomb, which leads to question if that is the motive for her to be in Lut Gholein.
