Fetish Sycophants Passive Hitting an enemy with any spell has a 15% chance (reduced by proc coefficient) to summon an unmodified dagger-wielding Fetish for 60 seconds.

Fetish Sycophants is a Witch Doctor passive skill, unlocked at level 30.
In-game[]
There is a cap of 15 fetishes alive at the same time. They ignore the Fetish Army skill rune, but they benefit from most enhancements of normal Fetishes (including skill damage, Carnevil, The Dagger of Darts and Starmetal Kukri special powers). Zunimassa's Haunt set bonuses for 4 and 6 pieces affect them as well, but the 2 pieces bonus does not make Sycophants last longer.
Sycophants use damage type based on the highest Elemental Damage skill bonus the Witch Doctor currently has.
Belt of Transcendence summons Sycophants too, although it obeys the same limit as this skill, and therefore may work as a complete replacement for it.
