Trivia[]
- The items's name and description are a possible reference to Big Trouble in Little China. Another possible reference is a World of Warcraft's hidden zone, Karazhan Crypts, which featured a place called "The Upside-Down Sinners".
- The ribbons on these shoulders weigh upwards, as its name suggests.
