Jezeb the Conjuror, Cultist Beast Caller, is a Unique Dark Summoner found in the Leoric's Manor in Act I of Diablo III.
In combat, he has Molten and Desecrator affixes. He also appears to have no cooldown upon summoning a Hellion, though he can only call one at a time.
