Shanabi, Fortune Hoarder, is a Unique Scavenger found in the Lost Mine Level 2 in Act I of Diablo III. He spawns for the Precious Ores event, when the second vein (either metal or gem) is found.
In combat, he has Fast and Illusionist affixes, and attacks with several lesser Scavengers. Killing him ends the event.
