Arthur, Incinerated Bookstore Merchant, is a Unique Risen Dead found in the Cozy Bookstore in Act V of Diablo III. He always spawns after several Infernal Zombies, climbing out of the fireplace for an unmarked event. To summon him, players must touch the corpse of Norma.
In combat, he has Mortar and Nightmarish affixes.
