Borgoth, The Lost Demon, is a Unique Oppressor found in the Realm of the Banished in Act V of Diablo III.
In combat, he has Desecrator, Waller, Vortex and Missile Dampening affixes.
Unlike other Oppressors, Borgoth is modeled after Izual.
