Mad Hoff, Ponzi the Younger, is a Unique Vault Sentry found in The Vault in Diablo III. He is, apparently, related to Ponzi.
In combat, he has Illusionist, Jailer and Reflects Damage affixes.

This monster's name and title are a likely reference to Bernard Madoff, operator of the so-called Ponzi Scheme, which he used to commit the largest financial fraud in the U.S. history.
