Mourdred, Beast of the Cave, is a unique Maggot Brood that can be found in Perilous Cave Level 1 in Diablo III.
Mourdred can be found in the location where several dead Maggot Broods and chests are lying. When either of these chests are touched, Mourdred will emerge from below and attack the player.
It has Plagued, as well as either Orbiter or Mortar affixes. In addition, until it dies, it will continuously summon more Maggots to its side, in addition to its natural ability to grow them.
