Theodosia Buhre, Lost Spirit, is a Unique Wraith found in the Westmarch Heights in Act V of Diablo III. She is one of the two Wraiths (the other being Katherine Batts) found in Act V.
In combat, she has Wormhole and Orbiter affixes.

- The name and title of this monster may be a reference to Theodosia Burr Alston, the governor of South Carolina who mysteriously disappeared (hence the title) in 1813.
