Asheara's Tracks (previously Asheara's Lock) are a Boots piece of the Asheara's Uniform crafted set in Diablo III. They require character level 52 to be equipped. The level 70 crafted equivalent are Asheara's Finders.
This item can roll Attack Speed, which is normally not allowed on Boots.
