Avarice Band is a Legendary ring in Diablo III. It requires character level 12 to drop, and can only be obtained from Horadric Caches from Act III or Act IV.
The special affix is mostly useless in combat save for triggering certain passive skills belonging to the Witch Doctor, unless you really want to make a full Gold-bathing build by combining Goldskin, Kymbo's Gold, Boon of the Hoarder and Goldwrap (in that case, Avarice Band is a very useful item for collecting the gold necessary for these builds).
It can also be helpful in speedfarming Nephalem Rifts since the bonus to Health Globe Pickup radius also applies to progress orbs.
The legendary effect works even if equipped on Followers.
