The Bracers of the First Men are Legendary bracers in Diablo III, added in patch 2.3.0. They require character level 12 to drop.
The unique affix greatly empowers the Hammer of the Ancients, but does not change its Fury cost, therefore the attack speed buff may require some resource cost reduction for maximum efficiency. The Gavel of Judgment may prove very useful in that regard.
