Colenzo the Annihilator (post Patch 1.07
Colenzo the Annihilator is the leader of a band of Warped Shamans or Warped Ones. He is in charge of the first wave of minions summoned by Baal when you enter the Throne of Destruction.
Prior to a patch, he always spawned with a group of Warped Shamans, but after the patch, all Shaman uniques now spawned with their minions, not other Shaman. It is also notable that if it were not for this patch, Warped Ones would be non-existent in the game. After the patch, Colenzo is the only Warped Shaman that spawns in it.

- Colenzo is possibly named after Karin Colenzo.
- Colenzo represents Act I in Baal's rundown in the final battle.
- Much like Bishibosh, the Fallen Shamans will sometimes say his name. They, along with Rakanishu are both regarded as some sort of demi-gods or heroes amongst the Fallen ranks.
- Even prior to the release of Diablo II: Lord of Destruction, the developers said that it may have given away the idea of a future Fallen boss named Colenzo in a future patch or an expansion.[citation needed]
