Cursed Matriarch is a Unique Scouring Lobber found in any special zone accessed from the portals in Adventure Mode of Diablo III. She only spawns for A Plague of Burrowers event (one 6 Burrowers are killed, regardless of timing), and must be killed to finish it.
In combat, she has Illusionist and Frozen Pulse affixes.
