Bellybloat
Bellybloat the Scarred, Infected Monstrosity, is a unique Grotesque found in level 4 of the Cathedral in Act I of Diablo III.
It has the Plagued and Desecrator monster affixes.
A bounty may be offered to kill Bellybloat, in which case the secondary objective is to kill 75 enemies.
