Flint Ripper Arrowheads were a legendary quiver for the Demon Hunter in Diablo III. It required character level 50 to drop. In patch 2.1, it was replaced with Meticulous Bolts.
It was the only post-2.0 quiver to retain the ability to improve skills in a way other than plain damage increase.
