The Hellcat Waistguard is a legendary belt in Diablo III. It requires character level 13 to drop.
Prior to patch 2.2.0, it was unique in that it provided a damage bonus against elites, as well as guaranteed Attack Speed.
As of patch 2.4.3, it gained a unique affix. Grenades gain a chance to bounce, dealing an additional 50% damage on each bounce, stacking directly, and increased to 800% extra damage on the final bounce.
The following skills are affected by this power, as well as Grenade itself:
- Cluster Arrow: Dazzling Arrow, Cluster Bombs, Loaded for Bear, and no rune.
- Rain of Vengeance: Anathema
- Strafe: Demolition
- Rapid Fire: Bombardment
The Vengeance: Personal Mortar Rune is not affected.
