Hork Spawn are demons, and as their name implies, the spawn of a Hork Demon. They can be found on levels two and three of The Festering Nest. They are vicious head creatures that bite with toothy oversized mouths. They aren't a threat, except in big groups. Upon defeat they pop character like a balloon.
