Krelm's Buff Belt is a Belt piece of the Krelm's Buff Bulwark set in Diablo III.
It drops at character level 70, and originally only dropped during the Season One for Seasonal characters. After the end of the Season One, it drops for normal characters as well.
It is one of the few set items with a Legendary unique affix. Its movement speed bonus can go above the normal 25% limit, but only lasts as long as the character did not take damage in the last 5 seconds. Note that unlike other similar effects, for this bonus, completely absorbed damage will not break the speed bonus.
