Malefactor Vephar, Tempest of the Damned, is a Unique Terror Demon found in the Besieged Tower Level 1 in Act IV of Diablo III, added in Patch 2.2.0. He may be nominated a bounty target.
In combat, he retains Nekarat's abilities: radial flame attack that blasts everything within roughly 20 yards of him for high Fire damage and forward rush with great speed that deals damage and knockback to players in his path. Likewise, he cannot hide in shadows. In addition, he gains Orbiter, Vortex, Thunderstorm and Illusionist affixes.
