Raekor's Breeches are a Pants piece of The Legacy of Raekor set in Diablo III.
They only drop at character level 70, and only at Torment difficulty. Note that these can only be worn by Barbarians.

Originally part of Joritz the Mighty's fearsome armor, Raekor wore these oxen-hide breeches into battle for the rest of her life following her husband's untimely death.
