Armor of the Kind Regent is a Legendary chest armor in Diablo III. It requires character level 70 to drop.
This armor is designed for Crusaders. Whenever the Crusader uses Smite skill, it will also hit the second nearby enemy for the exactly same effect, each hit continuing to spread further independently (but only the initial Smite will trigger the free cast, and only the first target). This effect will not work if there is only one enemy in range, however.
