The Executioner is a legendary two-handed axe in Diablo III. It requires character level 9 to drop.
Prior to Patch 2.1, this axe was one of the few weapons to increase the movement speed of the bearer.
As of patch 2.6.6, it gained a unique affix similar to the Frailty skill: any enemy below the set threshold will die outright from any attack, bosses included. This effect will not trigger if the item is equipped by Eirena.
