Cage of the Hellborn is a Cloak piece of the Unhallowed Essence set in Diablo III.
It only drops at character level 70, and only at Torment difficulty. Note that it can only be worn by Demon Hunters.

- Hatred Generators, Vengeance side arms and Multishot deal 100% increased damage per point of Discipline the Demon Hunter currently has (6 pieces)
