Velvet Camaral is a Legendary Wizard Hat in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop.
It has a unique affix doubling the total number of jumps the Electrocute can make per cast. Obviously, it will not work with Lightning Blast and Arc Lightning runes. However, its effect stacks with that of the Myken's Ball of Hate, making a very interesting combination.
