Cuirass of the Wastes is a Chest piece of the Wrath of the Wastes set in Diablo III.
It only drops at character level 70, and only at Torment difficulty.
It is one of the few set items with item graphics in the inventory being different depending on the character's gender.

Set Bonuses:
- Rend duration is increased to 15 seconds, and damage per second by 500% (2 pieces)
- The Barbarian takes 50% reduced damage and deals triple damage with (already applied) Rend while channeling Whirlwind and 3 seconds afterwards (4 pieces)
- Whirlwind gains Dust Devils rune (in addition to any other), all damage done by Rend and Whirlwind increases by 10000% (6 pieces)
Narthal of the Bear Tribe discovered the aftermath of a great battle in the wastes. He did not recognize the dead, but noticed that many had filed their teeth to points. Among the debris of the battle, he found this cuirass.
