Laws of Fate was a Laws Crusader skill, resembling the Vigor Paladin Aura. It was cut from the game prior to the release of Reaper of Souls. The game archives still contain the information, though.
These Laws were presumed to increase movement speed after dodging an attack, and grant increased movement speed when empowered.
