This Rune Word only works for Ladder characters. Keep note that this Rune Word doesn't actually multiply your damage by 300% but adds it to your base damage. This rune word is commonly made into a ethereal body armor, as it is one of the best armors for a mercenary (the other being an ethereal Treachery).
Fortitude, when made into an elite body armor, is considered to be the best body armor possible for a wide varity of builds such as Bowazons, Whirlwind Barbarians, Frenzy Barbarians, Fury Druids, Kick Assassins, Smiters, and Zealadins.
