I have never played Diablo or Diablo II, but with the silly tips of "There is no Cow Level," I know there is another level like it by another name. I seemed to have obtained one of the three objects to get to it, but the rest are difficult to get, when they only appear randomly and are rare. - You are talking about Whimsyshire? I doubt there is a way to increase the odds of the correct things dropping. I don't really know why they decided to take the randomized route with this game, the secret cow level was very easy to access when you knew what components were required.

- I believe there exists no way to increase the odds of getting the Black Mushroom, Leoric's Shinbone, Liquid Rainbow, and Gibbering Gemstone appearances in Diablo 3. Wirt's Bell has to be bought from Squirt the Peddler in Act II.
- In case you are unaware, Storm, the following areas will give you what you seek, given enough effort to search for the items:
- Black Mushroom- Cathedral lv. 1
- Leoric's Shinbone- Leoric's Manor
- Liquid Rainbow- Can't remember the exact name, but I know its in the Dahlgur Oasis
- Gibbering Gemstone- Caverns of Frost lv. 2, in Act III
