Gentle Old Claudio is a Unique Hungry Corpse found in the Shrouded Moors in Act II of Diablo III. He only spawns for Grave Mistakes event.
In combat, he has the Electrified affix and is accompanied by several Risen Dead.
Killing him and others will complete the event.
