UsageEdit

Glacial Spike is the higher evolution of Ice Blast, a spell learned by the Sorceress.

It conjures a great ball of ice that travels in a straight line to the indicated target. When it hits something, it explodes, dealing heavy damage and completely freezing all enemy units within its range. Increasing this spell does not increase the impact area, but the damage and the freezing time augments.

This spell is very effective in all character levels if increased. It is especially devastating in places where the monsters stack, e.g. Arcane Sanctuary.

Some players prefer Ice Blast to Glacial Spike, because it needs less mana, deals more damage, and freezes the target a longer time. However, Glacial Spike's main advantage is its radius of effect, as well as the fact that it is cast much faster. So depending on the number of enemies being fought, the spells can be interchanged.

HistoryEdit

More powerful than an Ice Blast, this is the offensive spell of choice for a higher-level Sorceress seeking a quick deathblow. The Sorceress who wields this spell will find herself often treading over the shattered and frozen remains of her opponents.
