Goratha, Sarkoth's Mate, is a Unique Quill Fiend found in the Musty Cellar in Act I of Diablo III. Apparently, it is a female, and, as its title suggests, is related to Sarkoth.
In combat, she has no affixes, but attacks with her brood of several smaller quill fiends. To see her, one must manually break the nest.
